Arrow has achieved certification in some of the most rigorous quality standards in the industry, including ISO 9001:2015, AS9100 REV D per PRI Register, and Nadcap for Heat Treating, Chemical Processing (Surface Temper Inspection), and
Non-Destructive Testing (Magnetic Particle Inspection).
Arrow's Certifications
ISO 9001:2015 is a quality standard that is aimed at ensuring Arrow’s products consistently meet the requirements of our customers. Being certified to this standard means Arrow’s quality management system is guided by key principles including strong customer focus and a dedication to ongoing quality improvement.
AS9100 Rev. D is a supplement to ISO 9001:2015 which is specific to the operational parameters of the aerospace industry. This standard accommodates requirements established by the aerospace industry to satisfy quality requirements of the Department of Defense, NASA and the Federal Aviation Administration.
Nadcap (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) is a global accreditation program for organizations operating in aerospace, defense, and related industries. The Nadcap program offers accreditation for a wide variety of manufacturing processes involved in the supply chain for the aerospace and defense systems.
As with Arrow's other quality certifications, Nadcap certification means that Arrow has implemented effective quality systems and adheres to them to ensure optimal product quality and customer satisfaction.
